Governance

Leighton Academy is a member of The Learning Partnership, a local multi-academy trust. As part of this trust, we operate under a scheme of delegation set by The Learning Partnership but the school also retains a local governing body which focuses on the needs of our pupils, staff, the school and its community.

Governors are appointed by the TLP Governance Committee, under the deferred responsibility from the Board of Trustees.
