would like to welcome you to the 30 Hour Provision

30 Hour Provision

As a Nursery we are fully committed to providing high quality care, experiences and  education to our children. Children aged 2, 3 and 4 years old join us to explore, discover, learning in a safe and stimulating environment.

We plan daily to provide and enhance activities based on children's individual and current interests.

As a Nursery we fully support our children to develop the skills needed to transition from nursery to school and become independent learners.

Parent Information

  • The 30 hour provision times run daily from 8:45am until 3:30pm.
  • We spend our day exploring our indoor and outdoor environments whatever the weather. As the weather is so changeable can you ensure your child brings a suitable named coat, change of clothes, suitable footwear and wellington boots daily.
  • Children will need a labelled sport type bottle, with water please. These can be kept in Nursery all week and filled up daily using our water machine. We will send them home on a Friday for you to wash over the weekend and return on the Monday.
  • Hot school dinners - are available at the cost of £2.20 per day payable via Arbor. Please see the main school website for termly menus. All meals must be paid in advance.
  • Packed lunches - Please provide your child's lunch in a lunchbox or lunchbag with a handle as we have lunch in the main school dinner hall. We actively encourage the children eat healthy snacks throughout the day and therefore recommend you provide a healthy and balanced lunch that they will enjoy. Please do not be tempted to overfill their lunchbox as this can be daunting for a child.
  • Snack money is a voluntarily contribution of £10 per half term payable via Arbor.
  • PE sessions are on a Monday and take place in the main school hall with our PE teacher Mrs Holland. PE kits are not needed for this but if you could ensure your child is suitable dressed for gross motor activities such as leggings/jogging bottoms which are perfect.
  • German with Mr Pearson will take place on a Monday morning, learning new words, songs and actions around our theme.

If you have any questions or queries regarding our 30 Hour Provision,  please call the Nursery on 01270 814020 or email our 30 Hour Lead Mrs Tracey Warriner.
